This visual optical illusion made me laugh and look in a weird way at it. This is actually a magic trick as I understood and as somebody said “the magic happens in the mind, it doesn’t require belief, only imagination”.
What to see?
Our visual optical illusion for today is quite simple to watch. There is no trick for you to discover. All that there is: are two hands pointing at each other with a finger. The tricky part appears in the middle of the image: there are two more fingertips. If you look carefully you will probably see that the fingertips are pointing in the same way as the hand.
How it works?
If the magician presents well his tricks than the sense of perception can be mislead, altered. The definition of a magician is that he is an honest deceiver trying to create moments where reality can meet illusion.
For the illusion to work you have to extend your arms out in front of your eyes, at level-eye, with your index finger pointing at each other. Finger tips should be at ½ inches apart. After these two steps you have to focus your attention into the distance. If you’re doing it correctly you should be able to see a floating finger.
Now, if you succeeded try to increase or decrease the size of the floating finger by moving your fingers closer or further. You will also see that if you close one eye the illusion will disappear.
